Services Provided

Gustafson Piano Tuning specializes in piano tuning, maintenance, and minor repairs. All services are performed by qualified technicians and are subject to availability and scheduling.

Scheduling and Payment

Appointments may be scheduled via phone, email, or on our website. Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash, check, Venmo, PayPal and major credit cards.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring the piano is accessible and safe for our technician to work. Please remove any items from the piano and surrounding area prior to the appointment.

Liability

While we take great care in our work, Gustafson Piano Tuning is not liable for any pre-existing damage or defects in your instrument. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. Gustafson Piano Tuning maintains business insurance to help protect both our clients and our company. Details regarding our coverage are available on request.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during scheduling or service will be used only for business purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Changes to Terms

Gustafson Piano Tuning reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.

Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
